This Program is operated by RR ACADEMY and managed through the Pay2M.in Platform, which provides 24×7 live monitoring and tracking of registrations, community growth, eligibility, rewards, and payouts.
By registering for or participating in this Program, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Purpose of the Program
The Pay2M Affiliate Learner Program is designed to promote Skill Development, Digital Learning, and Community Building.
This is a Learning-Based Affiliate Program and is not an investment scheme, deposit scheme, money circulation scheme, or guaranteed income program.
Rewards and incentives are offered only to eligible participants who satisfy the Program requirements.
2. Rules for Use
Participants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.
Only one (1) account is permitted per individual.
Fake registrations, duplicate accounts, identity theft, or the use of another person's documents are strictly prohibited.
Participants must not engage in spam, misleading advertisements, false claims, or unethical promotional activities.
The Pay2M brand name, logo, website content, and promotional materials may only be used with authorization from RR ACADEMY.
The Program must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
3. Community Eligibility
To become eligible for any Reward, Incentive, Bonus, or Payout, participants must successfully build the minimum required community.
Minimum Community Requirement
You + 3 New Verified Admissions = 4 Members Community
This means:
Your own active and verified registration.
Three (3) new verified admissions referred directly by you.
All members must meet the eligibility requirements of the Program.
No Reward, Bonus, Incentive, Cashback, or Payout will be released until the minimum community requirement has been successfully completed.
This eligibility rule applies equally to all participants.
4. Live Tracking
The entire Program is managed through the Pay2M.in Platform.
Registration status, referrals, community growth, qualification, rewards, and payout eligibility are monitored through a 24×7 Live Tracking System.
The records maintained by the Platform shall be considered the official records for Program administration.
RR ACADEMY reserves the right to verify and correct records in the event of technical errors.
5. Data Protection
Personal information collected from participants is used solely for registration, verification, KYC, payment processing, customer support, and Program administration.
RR ACADEMY does not sell participants' personal information to third parties except where required by applicable law.
Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Although reasonable security measures are implemented, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
6. Payment Terms
Rewards and payouts are available only to eligible participants who satisfy all Program requirements.
Completion of the minimum community requirement is mandatory before any payout becomes payable.
KYC verification and any required compliance checks must be successfully completed.
Reward money will be transferred only to the participant's own registered and verified bank account.
Payments will not be made to third-party bank accounts, wallets, or payment accounts.
Applicable taxes, including GST, TDS, or any other statutory deductions, may be deducted wherever required by law.
RR ACADEMY reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reject any payment if fraud, policy violations, or suspicious activities are detected.
7. Refund Policy
Registration Fees, Platform Fees, Course Fees, Processing Fees, and other applicable charges are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments caused by technical errors, subject to verification.
No refund shall be granted in cases involving fraud, false information, violation of Program policies, or participant misconduct.
The decision of RR ACADEMY regarding refunds shall be final.
8. Suspension and Termination
RR ACADEMY reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the event of:
Fake or duplicate registration
Submission of false documents or fake KYC
Fraudulent activities
Spam or misleading promotions
Abuse of the Platform
Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Activities that damage the reputation of RR ACADEMY or Pay2M
Violation of applicable laws
Rewards, incentives, wallet balances, or payouts may be withheld during investigation.
9. Liability Disclaimer
Rewards or earnings depend on the participant's learning, promotional efforts, community building, and compliance with Program requirements.
RR ACADEMY and Pay2M.in do not guarantee any fixed income, employment, profit, or financial success.
RR ACADEMY shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by internet outages, banking systems, payment gateways, third-party service providers, or force majeure events.
Participants are solely responsible for their own decisions, promotional activities, and financial actions.
10. Amendments
RR ACADEMY reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Program, including rewards, eligibility criteria, policies, or platform features, at any time.
Updated Terms & Conditions become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.
Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delhi, India.
Important Notice
This Program is based on Learning, Skill Development, and Affiliate Community Building.
The Program is not an investment opportunity or a guaranteed income scheme.
Building the required 4-Member Community (You + 3 New Verified Admissions) is mandatory before becoming eligible for any reward or payout.
Reward payments are made only to the participant's own verified bank account.
All Program activities, eligibility status, and transactions are managed and monitored through the Pay2M.in Platform using a 24×7 Live Tracking System.
